Terms of Use — The Farm Rules at Watercress Weir

1. Who looks after the cress beds

These terms govern your use of watercressweir.com ("Watercress Weir", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of watercressweir.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come on to the farm

Watercress Weir is open to users aged 18 or over and to nobody else. By using it you confirm you meet that age.

3. Pretend coins, not money

Each game is played with virtual coins that Brooklime hands out free of charge.
Coins have no monetary value whatsoever and are not to be treated as money, credit or property.
Buying, selling, withdrawing or transferring coins is impossible, and so is exchanging them for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing on the farm is sold in-app.
Nobody is offered a prize of real-world value.
We keep the right to adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever the farm needs it.

4. No real-money gambling on the farm

Watercress Weir offers no real-money gambling, promotes none, and has no links to gambling operators by the stream.

5. Your peg and account

Teabush Brow and Orchid Spillway need a free account. One account each, and nobody else may use yours.
Your password stays yours alone. Tell Brooklime straight away if someone else has got into your account.
From your account page you can delete your account at any moment; deletion is instant and final.
An account that is used to disrupt the site, or that we think belongs to a person under 18, may be suspended.
Coins, levels and missions belong to the account, never to you as property, and they may be reset.

6. Behaving on the farm

Never disrupt the site or set automated tools on it, never offer coins in trade, and never let anyone under 18 use it.

7. When the farm is shut, and liability

Brooklime offers the site “as is”; we are free to change it or take any part of it down. Should anything malfunction, every play and pay is void. No term here limits a liability the law says cannot be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Law that governs the farm rules

The law of England and Wales governs the farm rules.
